We guarantee that all our plants leave the nursery in good condition whether collected in person or via mail order. Where possible we will send your plants via Australia Post. If you wish to use an alternate freight method, please indicate on the order form. Freight will be charged at the standard Australia Post (or alternate freight method) rates. No additional handling charges are applied.
As soon as your plant order arrives please re-pot or plant the plants in the ground and water them in well. They will need some extra tender loving care until they are established. We welcome feedback on our mail orders and their condition as we strive to constantly improve our service to our customers.
Also, just let us know if you are going to be away so we avoid delivering your order at that time.
